Considering the client’s business and CSR purposes we:
- research the Hungarian sports market,
- develop and build the client’s sport sponsorship strategy, form their own sport portfolio,
- build relationships with the sponsored sport organizations,
- achieve the purposes, set and agreed with clients, in an efficient and creative way.
PR ACTIVITIES
Our company is attentive to the importance of sport and recognizes the communicational opportunities it provides. PR presence related to different sports events and promotional activities has high priority in our profile.
EVENT ORGANIZATION
Teamforce organizes events for its clients, for other parties’ inquires and based on own ideas. Our professional team has already successfully organized several World- and European Championships, press conferences, expositions, adventure tours, driving technique days, as well as family, sport and client days.
LOBBYING
We cooperate with sports organizations, sport-related foundations and federations on the request of our partners.
We provide help in the sponsorship of the so called „spectacle team sports” and we work out recommendations in line with the sponsors’ expectations.

In 2014 Budapest had the right to hold the European Water Polo Championship. As part of the Organizing Committee, Teamforce was responsible for ticketing, marketing and communication, protocol events, and other related appearances.
In December 2016, once again after the 2013 event, the Winter Classic at the Varosliget, a Christmas Hockey Feast was organized. It was held in an arena specifically built for the event, allowing as many as 4500 spectators to see the games played by youth teams, games of the EBEL and MOL League. Our company was the sole organizer of the entire event called upon by the Hungarian Ice Hockey Federation.
In spring of 2017, the Hungarian Skating Federation gained the right to organize the fall short track world cup series’ first stage. As part of the Organizing Committee Teamforce was responsible for the sponsoring tasks, for ticketing as well as for heading and executing the marketing communication.
In May 2017 again Budapest gained the right to organize the LEN Champions League, Final Six event. As the sport marketing agency of the Hungarian Water Polo Federation, we had the opportunity to welcome the best six teams of Europe at the brand new Duna Arena. This evet served as the rehearsal event before the FINA World Championship.
Our tasks included the marketing communication, the ticketing and moreover we actively participated in organizing, executing the event.
Following the win of the tender of the 2015 Women’s Basketball European Championship, announced by FIBA Europe, the event took place in four cities in the countryside (Sopron, Győr, Szombathely, Debrecen) and Budapest. Our agency was requested to organize the promotion of the event, to do the marketing communication and moreover the ticketing. (In 2011 our company prepared the tender chosen by FIBA Europe.)
Over the years we successfully organized and executed events from 50 to as many as over a 1000 participants.

FURTHER PROJECTS
Fan-Tram
In 2012 by our initiative the Fan-Tram, a moving fan club project started. In the execution of this project the Hungarian Olympic Committee was our partner. The Fan-Tram had a huge success, as passengers could use an inside-out fully decorated vehicle, while watching the Olympic Games on the installed LCD monitors. The Fan-Tram as such was further used during the European Water Polo Championship (2012, Budapest) and for the honor of the Winter Classic in the Varosliget event as well (2016, Budapest).

The League of the Brave
Initiated by our partner, the Defense and Sport Alliance we created a program where the goal was to engage children in sport activities where they are active both physically and mentally.
Most recently, every Wednesday over 11 weeks, children had the chance to try out and learn about laser rifle shooting, fencing and judo. The Defense and Sport Alliance supports camps, student and mass sport events for children and youth where the goal is to make more people to be active and to transmit the values the D&S Alliance stands for.
